A: We are a well-experienced manufacturer which is specialized in rifle scopes  for more than 20 years.We have rich international business experience, and yes we have manufacturer and trading apartment both.

Q. Does your product have any warranty?

A: Yes, we offer 12-month limited warranty for riflescope.

Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.

Q. What's your payment method?

A: We usually accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram. Payment methods can be adaptable to your specific requirements.

For different countries, the payment methods we accept varies from each other.

60% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. You can choose which payment ways you accept.

Q. What's your shipping method?

A: We provide comprehensive shipping methods.

For small quantity orders we ship by DHL, FEDEX, EMS/TNT Express service which is the fastest. Postal ways are also acceptable for small orders.

For large quantity orders we ship by Air transportation or sea transportation, we can also ship order to buyer’s cargo agent in China.

Q. Does your quotation include shipping cost?

A: No, the quoted prices are EXW price, shipping cost is not included.

Q : How long is your usual lead time if we place an order?

A : The lead time for an order is determined by the below factors:

1. Quantities and products types of the order;

2. Current orders obligation (orders to be fulfilled on schedule);

So please let us know your ordering detail and we can evaluate and let you know the lead time.  

Q : Do you offer OEM or ODM service? 

A : Yes, OEM or ODM service are welcome. Sam is especially experienced in working with our customers on joint-development projects.

Q : What is the minimum order quantity?  

A : Minimum order quantity may vary by product categories and customization requirement, pleas reach us with the items in mind so we can let you know the MOQ.

Q : Can you provide samples? 

A : Yes, we are happy to provide customers samples for checking the quality.

A : We have 3 production lines and 30 workers. It can produce 8,000 riflescope  per month.
