A fine High Speed Emulsion Pump doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Materials of Construction
It can be SS304, SS316 and SS316L.

Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens, ABB etc) are available.

Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request, clamp connection as standard.

Sealing
Double face water flushed mechanical shaft seal.

Cleaning
All Inline high shear mixer are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).

Jacket

Water jacket as optional.

Jacket configuration can ensure the material which is easy to be coagulated during feeding to preserve the heat, without coagulation.
