A2: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank), Paypal and Western Union are the most common ways we do accept.
Q3: What is the order procedure?
A3: First we discuss order and production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid for full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we will start to process the order. It usually last for 7-15 days. If we don't have the items in stock, before production has been finished, we would contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to ship the order for you.
Q4: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A4: Sorry for the trouble. We will replace the defective products for you. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment. We will do our best and give you the most sensible solution to tackle your problems.
Q5: How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A5: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
Q6: How long is the product warranty?
A6: For 12 months. If you have any troubles about your product, please contact us.
Q7: Can I customized my order?
A7: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM service. Please contact us or your sales representative to check with the details.
