T32 Cable Fault Location System is composed of LP30/4 Fault location power, WL50 pulse reflector and PP10 cable fault pin-pointer with Stable Arc Reflection Method. (2). With WL50 pulse reflector, there are three locating methods:
a. Low voltage impulse method: Use alone. Use this method to locate the fault of open circuit and lower resistance grounding. It also can be used to test the cable length or cable wave speed.
b. Stable Arc Reflection Method: This is a proprietary technology. With the pulse reflector, compare the wave form change before and after burn through arc, it positions the fault location automatically and easier to identify the wave form. Radically solve the locating problem for cable fault of high resistance burn through and flashover burn through.
c. Pulse current method: Magnetic coupling to sampling and pulse current method to locating.

3. Cable fault pin-pointer PP10
Generates pulse of stable frequency, work with PP10
pin-pointer: precisely locating the fault of high resistance and flashover, and trace the cable path. Using magnetic method to precisely locating. Used to locate the fault of HV cable after laying and locating the insulation burn through position.
