For the reconstruction project of the vacuum system of the 8 million T / a Ⅲ atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Sinopec Jinling Branch, the absolute pressure of the tower top vacuum is required to be ≤ 12mmHga. The vacuum system adopts the configuration type of three-stage steam + water ring. The first two stages adopt steam extractor and the third stage adopts liquid ring vacuum pump unit, and a third stage steam extractor and liquid ring vacuum pump unit are set as standby pumps for each other, A condenser matching its capacity shall be set behind each stage of steam extractor.
The liquid ring vacuum pump unit integrates a skid mounted unit. The unit includes two liquid ring vacuum pumps (one for operation and one for standby), sharing a gas-liquid separator, a working liquid cooler, as well as supporting pipelines and instruments.
