SG (B) 10 SERIES OF NON-ENCAPSULATED DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER
Transformers of the series adopt brand-new non-capsulated dry-type transformer technologies.
Coils are made by soaking the NOMEX® insulating paper and the connective structure that has high mechanical strength and good ventilation in the level C solvent-free paint of a VPI vacuum pressure painting device and then baking and solidifying. This procedure should repeat several times before the coils take shape.

Product Features
1、 High insulation level (H) and strong overload withstand ability: Both the low- and high-voltage coils use NOMEX® paper for insulation purpose (insulation level: C (220°C)); transformers’ insulating property reaches level H (180°C); and the system has 40°C margin, thus the product has strong overload withstand ability. If the product is not accompanied with a fan, it can withstand 20% overload; if it is accompanied with a fan, it can run under 50% overload condition for a while.
2、 Low partial discharge: Compared with other insulating materials, NOMEX® paper is characterized by strong electric resistance ability and low permittivity, and it makes distribution of electric field inside the transformer product more reasonable, thus lowering partial discharge.
3、 High mechanical strength and crack-free: NOMEX® paper withstands contraction, compression, and thermal shock, and it is highly elastic but not easily aging. Coils made from said paper do not easily crack and will be less sensitive to temperature and dust.
4、 Efficient use of energy: Chemically, NOMEX® paper is stable, incombustible, and non-toxic; meanwhile, it is recyclable.
5、 Flexible design: Transformers of the series can be flexibly designed without mold or specially designed based on customer’s requirement. Supply period is short.
