Volatile oil gas recovery treatment unit
The oil gas recovery treatment unit is using the principle of activated carbon adsorption, separating the oil gas from air(the hydrocarbon gas (oil gas) volatilized when it is store and transport), recovering
and treating it back to gasoline, and discharging clean air.
The unit uses PLC automatic control, computer remote control, frequency conversion technology and so on. The product has the function of 24 hours on line and no one on duty. It can realize energy saving, environment protection, safety, healthy, four economic and social benefits.
1. The oil gas is absorbed by activated carbon in the adsorption tank;
2. The activated carbon in the adsorption tank is analyzed and regenerated by dry vacuum pump to obtain high concentration of oil gas;
3. The high concentration of oil gas is absorbed in the absorption tower, and the recovered gasoline is returned to the oil tank.
