FEP (F46)

Applicable media:

Any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated organic acid, base, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc.

Operating temperature:- 85 ~ 150℃

Features: mechanical, electrical properties and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic impact toughness, weather resistance and radiation.

PCTEF (F3)

Applicable media:

Various organic solvents, inorganic corrosive fluids (oxidizing acids)

Operating temperature: -195~120℃

Features: heat resistance, electrical and chemical stability is next to F4, mechanical strength and hardness is better than F4.

Polypropylene: RPP

Applicable medium: inorganic salt water solution, no organic acid, alkali dilute or concentrated solution.

Operating temperature: -14~80℃

Features: one of the lighter plastics, the tensile and compression strength, hardness is better than low-pressure polyethylene, has outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy to shape.Modified dynamic impact, fluidity, bending elasticity.

Polyvinyl fluoride (PVC)

Suitable media: resistant to water, concentrated alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil and ozone, etc.

Operating temperature: 0-55℃

Features: high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and aging resistance, easy welding and bonding, the price is lower.

PTFE(F4)

Medium: strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, etc.

Operating temperature: -200~180℃

Features: excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, friction coefficient is very low, is a self-lubricating material, but low mechanical properties, poor liquidity, thermal expansion.

Polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF(F2)

Medium: resistant to most chemicals and solvents,

Operating temperature: -70~100℃

Features: better tensile strength and compression strength than F4, resistance to bending, weather and radiation.Light and aging resistance, the biggest characteristic is good toughness, easy to shape.

Polyolefin: PO

Applicable medium: various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt and some organic solvents.

Operating temperature: -58~80℃

Features: the world's most ideal anticorrosive materials, has been widely used in rotary molding of large equipment and pipe lining.

Application

Suitable for all concentrations of aqua, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and all kinds of organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants, also suitable for all concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases, liquid medium pipeline.
