The Power Electronics is the link between the battery and the e-motor, and is the central system of the whole electric drive system.
Advanced control strategy and thermal management system enable the PEU to accurately control every efficient working point of the system.
The Power Electronics can control the torque and speed accurately and can integrate multi-function controls, while the functional safety design can also improve the reliability of the whole system. The modular design can realize the interconnection between multiple electronic control devices in the vehicle, and can quickly realize the requirements from customers.
WCHP's Power Electronics products can cover from 30kW to 200kW with the following advantages and highlights:
1. Functional Safety can reach ASIL D level
2. All kinds of PE products are developed based on Autosar
3. Equipped with high efficiency in motor and generator operation
4. EMC performance can reach Class 4 level
