无铅环保易切削铋黄铜HBi59-1主要是铜锌二元合金，组织由α相和β相两相组成，加入了易切削元素铋，铋元素呈弥散型分布在晶界处从而起到良好的切削效果。该合金具有良好的车削性能，其车削性能可以同C3604相媲美，加工零件表面光洁度高。具有良好的铆接性能，可冷镦或热锻，电镀表面光滑，同时还具有优良的机械性能及导电性能，是替代铅黄铜的理想材料之一。

Lead-free and environmentally friendly free cutting bismuth brass HBI59-1 is mainly a Cu-Zn binary alloy. The structure is composed of α-phase and β-phase. The free cutting element bismuth is added. The alloy has good turning performance, its turning performance can be comparable with C3604, machining parts surface finish is high. It has good riveting properties, cold heading or hot forging, smooth electroplating surface, and excellent mechanical properties and electrical conductivity. It is one of the ideal materials to replace lead brass.
