SPC-760 4in1 on line machine is a full electric and complete automatic thermofomrming machine which can produce all kinds of disposable packaging like tray, lid, container, clamshell etc. in PET PS HIPS PP PVC etc. plastic sheet.

it is a post-trim type machine which can performance forming, hole punching, cutting ,stacking & counting in 4 separate stations by taking advantage of cam system and servo system .

PLC Control System

User-friendly easy to use, taking the guesswork out of the thermoforming process with PLC and 10.4-inch color touch screen control user can access to all machine functions just by pressing easily the Touch Screen. 

These functions includes the Timings, CAM-values, and index (sheet transport parameters), Temperature and Sequence of machine operation and so on. All these functions can be individually adjusted during operation as required.

Plus it has manual and semi-automatic operation mode for easy adjustment of machine.
