Being the lightest bulletproof material in the world today, we independent research and develop UHMWPE fiber which possess high strength-to-weight ratio, high modulus. It’s extraordinary hit-resistant of medium caliber weapon, ballistic shrapnel (general blast & fragments) and pellets from shotguns;

Bulletproof UD fabric can remove the fiber buckling, spread energy of strain-wave much faster outward. it can promptly distribute shooting energy on a large area so as to reduce depth of concavity of bulletproof materials, non-penetration harm can be therefore significantly reduced. 

Besides, this fabric can absorb bullet's shock and block smashed bullet pieces to eliminate the blunt trauma and prevent secondary injuries. It is therefore the advanced ideal soft bulletproof composite material.

Structure:

The UHMWPE fibers are consisted of four unidirectional arranged fiber webs which overlapped by 90°each other and laminated with special matrix materials.

Made of 4 fiber layers and 2 films faces(double longitude and latitude ).

Using Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fiber and aerospace equipment technology, we manufacture UD fabric in our advanced facility on which the yarn could be uniformly spread (ensure each thread can grab sufficient equal tension.), thus we can realize uniformly distribution, neatly arrayed, avoid overlapping. Special environmental friendly bullet proof elastic resin impregnated (water soluble acrylic resin emulsion), plied at 0°/90°, sandwiched with extreme thin films, thermally boned by means of orthogonal laminating. The adjacent layers are laminated together at exact 0 degree and 90 degree (vertical cross direction). 

We could ensure the steady quality under strict supervision and control the cost effectively, its strongest ballistic performance has been combat-proven in both of lab-test and battle-fields.

Widely used in national defense equipment and special civil application,such as producing tank,armored car,bulletproof plate,bulletproof helmet,bulletproof jacket, cut-resistance jacket,cut-resistant gloves and fabric, ropes for seaport, naval vessel, dragline for deep-seadrilling oil and natural gas.trawling net,net cage against deep-sea winds and waves,sports equipment and construcion projects.
