(3). Safety Usage Guide:

1. Checking carefully before installation to ensure no damage, voiceless and deformation. No tapping, bending abrasive discs.

2. Abrasive discs installation, use and the equipment should according to the provisions of EN12413.

3. Pay attention to check the flatness of the flange diameter and adjust the shims should meet the safety requirements when installation.

4. Unreinforced abrasive discs flange diameter should be 1/3 bigger than abrasive discs diameter. Reinforced abrasive discs flange diameter should be 1/4 bigger than abrasive discs diameter.

5. Choose matching equipment, shall not be forced to install and change the installation hole. Do not exceed the maximum operating speed which allowed by the abrasive discs.

6. Let the newly installed abrasive discs blank run more tahn 60 seconds before working.

7. During operation, Idlers forbiden in the workspace, the workers should not stand in front of the abrasive discs. It is strictly prohibitied to use both side of reinforced grinding disc proceeding grinding.
