Structure principle
According to the principle of the connector, lead the liquid in the container to the external glassplate level gauge, and show the actual height of the liquid level in the container directly throughthe transparent glass.The valve stem packing of the instrument is made of flexible graphitepressure ring with reliable sealing performance.
Red, green, double color glass level gauge mainly includes two parts, light source parts andpressure on the ontology, light source parts, red and green light from the light source by adjustingthe light body position and incident direction, make the red and green light at different incidentAngle into the confined pressure cavity of ontology, due to the two kinds of liquid and air relativerefractive index of optical medium,when the red and green light enters the two media at the sametime, the red and green light produce different deflection angles in the liquid and gas media. Whenthe liquid level is observed within the range of observation angles, "liquid green and gas red" canbe seen. "liquid green and gas red" continuously changes with the change of the measured liquidlevel.
Glass plate level gauge is composed of up and down needle valve, intermediate indicatingdevice,turn the manual wheel control valve to open and close, open the valve, the medium flowsinto the middle indicator device through the valve, can clearly reflect the liquid level through theglass plate within the effective transmittance range of the glass plate level gauge.
The maintenance and precautions of glass plate level gauge are as follows:
1, in order to prevent the glass plate level meter surface corrosion, the appearance should be kept clean and dry.
2.Use the liquid level gauge with temperature higher than normal temperature. lt is not suitable to open the valve immediately after installation.should be preheated for 20-30 minutes, until the glass plate has a certain temperature before the medium.After the glass plate level gauge is used for aperiod of time, the screw of the pressing plate should be tightened again.Tighten with 1, 3,5...2,4,6..The cross form is clamped several times.
3. When the needle valve is opened, it should be opened gradually to prevent the steel ball in the valve from being affected by the automatic sealing of one-way pressure of medium and affecting the accuracy of indicating liquid level.But in the medium flow after the stability of the valve should be fully open, to prevent the occurrence of accidents, the steel ball in the valve by the disc against the impact of the automatic closing of the valve.
4. In order to reduce the installation stress, the actual deviation between the center distance of the two flanges of the liquid level gauge and the center distance of the two flanges of the container shall be checked during installation. If the deviation is too large, it shall be adjusted and forced installation shall be avoided by all means.
