#1 Get An Instant Quote
We can give you a quote based on your figure design. We can also help you with 3D model design and material picking.
If you don't have 3D files, we can make it for you. Price from 150 USD up more based on your design. Or you can find a local designer to make 3D files for you if you think it will be cheaper or easier for you.
3D file is a must to begin your projects.
#2 Order Your Sample
After you place the order, we can make the sample of the figure based on your design within 2-3 weeks.
Sample we usually make by 3D printing and then casting then painting. If you want to get cheaper price, we can send you one without painting to save price. Or 3D printing resin material with painting. Material is not PVC or Vinyl figure.
Of course if mass production, sample charge can be refunded.
#3 Small run production
If sample confirm, small run production is available, especially limited collections.
Small run production make by vacuum casting instead of molding. Unit price of small run production is higher than mass production.
0.X USD or 1-2 USD is not workable price because no molds by machines produce them. All processings by handicraft.
#4 Production
When the samples or small run production is confirmed, we can begin the manufacturing process of your figures by molding.
Unit price is cheaper than small run production. Need to pay for the molds charge at the first time. And the following orders won't need pay for mold charge is design not change.
#5 Package
For small run production, usually, white box. If need customized package box, the price at least 350 USD if 100 pcs.
For mass production, usually, box with window with blister. Other package also can be made, price depends on the final designs.
#6 Shipment
For small run production, we will usually send by Fedex or UPS. Fright is about 40-45 USD for one figure within 1KG.
For mass production, we can send them by air or by sea.
