Kn95 mask melt blown nonwoven fabric
1) 100% polypropylene raw material, abbreviated as "MB without any additives; used for common melt blown bfe-99-95, used for various mask filter materials
2) Weight: 15-50g; the weight requirement of most customers is 25 ± 2G.
3) Width: 1.65m, can be cut; the specification requirements of most customers are 17.5cm or 26cm; can be cut according to the actual requirements of customers.
4) Good softness, non-toxic, antibacterial, anti fog / anti-virus
5) Roll diameter: the roll diameter of each roll of melt blown cloth is about 56cm
6) Packing method: pack each 4 rolls of melt blown cloth into 1 bundle with packing film, and seal it up and down with paper cover.
7) The test flow can be tested according to the customer's requirements, generally there are two kinds of test flow: 32 and 85; according to the customer's requirements for the bacterial filtration rate level of the melt blown cloth, the production of the corresponding bacterial filtration rate level of the melt blown cloth, generally the customer's requirements for the bacterial filtration rate level are 90 + (i.e. within 90-95), 95 + (i.e. within 95-99). Other special filtering requirements can be customized.
