The beam pumping unit is characterized by reliable performance, simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance. Technical parameters are in accordance with API standards of American Petroleum Institute. It has the following main features:

The traveling beam adopts I-beam structure, which has high strength, good rigidity and large bearing capacity;

The reducer adopts herringbone involute or double arc gear, which has high machining accuracy, strong bearing capacity and long service life;

The traveling beam support adopts medium wide series roller bearing, the tail bearing and crank pin bearing adopt self-aligning bearing, which reduces the error caused by installation, has good sealing performance and strong bearing capacity;

The donkey head can be hung up or turned sideways;

The support adopts three leg structure, which is stable and convenient for field installation;

The crank balance weight is driven by gear rack, which is easy to adjust and accurate;

The brake adopts the external holding structure, equipped with the safety device, which is flexible in operation, fast in braking, safe and reliable;

The base is connected by anchor bolt or pressure bar.

The whole machine has reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise and convenient operation and maintenance;
