The forging is widely used in the petrochemical industry, such as in gas/oil drilling, machining, chemical products machining, storage or transportation. Normally the forgings in the petrochemical industry is used as tube sheet, pressure vessel, flange, cylinder, drilling rod or piston etc.

Ingot→heat → forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection →rough machining→UT →2nd Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection

DIN open die forging 16Mn, 20MnMoNb Alloy Steel Tube Sheet Plate, pressure vessel tube sheet, Disc Forgings, tube sheet. The tube sheet forging conforms to the standard of EN, ASTM DIN and JB4730 etc. and is widely used for boiler, pressure vessel, power station and other industries.
