External surface finish: stainless steel pickled and passivated, carbon steel surface sandblasted and coated with 2 layer of epoxy primer.

Vessel dimension and nozzles will be manufactured according to customer’s requirements.

Agitator: can manufacture it totally according to your drawing, or we can manufacture it according to our design.

Motor+Gear reducer: 37KW, 1500RPM, Explosion proof, according with IEC standards, SEW brand, FF127-DV225S4-37KW-21.38

Bearing: SKF 6234, 7234.

Mechanical seal: M451KL-D

Shaft: upper agitator shaft and lower agitator shaft both are made by 316LSS, and they are connect by Spherical shell coupling(316LSS), and bottom have bearing to avoid shaft shake.
