Applicable scope
Type I polymer cement waterproof coating highlights performances of polymer emulsion and forms coating film with high elongation (more than 200%) and good climate resistance and therefore mainly used in non-long-term water-immersed environment. It is mainly used in waterproofing, seepage resistance and moisture resistance of non-long-term water-immersed projects such as non-exposed roofs, toilets, and external walls; also, it can serve as one waterproof layer of a composite waterproof layer for coating film waterproofing of underground projects, tunnels and holes. It is also applicable to different base surfaces of wet or dry concrete, metal, plastics, porcelain and insulating layers and so on due to its strong bonding force. The material can also be prepared into a putty-like material for bonding and sealing.
Type II polymer cement waterproof coating highlights the performances of Portland cement and forms coating film with high strength (more than 1.8Mpa) and good water resistance and therefore mainly used in waterproof engineering under long term water-immersed environments such as swimming pools, water ponds, and water conservation projects and so on. Also, it can be used in coating film waterproofing of underground engineering, tunnels and holes and so on. And also , it is applicable to different base surfaces such as wet or dry concrete, metals, plastics, porcelains, and insulating layers due to excellent bonding force. The material can be prepared into a putty-like material for bonding and sealing.
