Laminating quick-dissolving glue powder is an adhesive that be made from natural raw materials. It mainly used for the normal temperature bonding between paper and paper, and the bonding of cardboard and corrugated paper or cardboard and paperboard.

Product Characteristics:
1. High viscosity and quick drying: After the overpressure belt, can be die-cutting after 5 minutes , and completely galling. 3-5 minutes later, the broken paper area can be as high as 90%, there is a significant drag resistance after tearing, and the depth broken paper.
2. High cost performance: A high amount of glue, the amount of glue on unit square only need 21g, and the amount of the powder is 4g.
3. High purity: the effective ingredients of raw materials up to 90%, no impurities, can be used for 100 percent , no waste.
4. Good moisture resistance: water down to 9 or less, resist compression up to 320kg.
5. Green environmental protection: the product does not contain formaldehyde and is harmless to human body after long-term use. It has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and EU ROHS certification.

1. Suitable to cardboard pasting :three-payer and five-layer cardboard
Cardboard pasting: Size ofcorrugated paper as A, B, C, E, F and N
Automatic, Semi-automatic,manual and other cardboard pasting type machines
2. Be suitable for the bonding of spiral paper tube, and spinning paper tube, and fireworks paper tube, and other paper tube type products.
3. Be used for manual or automatic laminating machine or laminator.
usage method：
Instructions:
Materials :glue powder,caustic soda,borax
1.add 65kg water(normal tempreture) into the blender,
2.Then add 25kg glue powder,and stirring it to dissolve fully.
3.Take another container,add 10 kilograms of water,will be 2.1kg caustic soda.1kg of borax pour into the water,stir well,dissolve fully.
4.The caustic soda and borax solution put into the glue powder solution slowly,stirring evenly,dissolve fully,the can be used after wait 15 minutes.
