Resin polymerization glue introduces advanced scientific research technology, the emulsion glue that is directly polymerized from starch by polymer resin material, without adding any filler, the consumption of glue is reduced by 30% compared with the traditional glue, the moisture content of the paper under the adhesive product is significantly decreased; the pressboard strength is strengthened, and the contrast data of the pressure resistance instrument test is increased obviously; after the glue paper is dried, it will stick to the surface of the paper. Crystal like products with low glue consumption and mounted products are not easy to regain moisture in rainy season, so it is targeted to solve the problem that the color box becomes soft in rainy season.

usage method：
Glue preparation method
Materials : Corn starch or cassava starch(Choose one),Polymer powder,caustic soda,borax
1、The temperature should be controlled at about 25 ℃s.
2、Pouring the starch（25kg） and resin polymer powder（1.75kg） into the agitating tank , then stirring for 10 ~15 minutes.
3、Solid caustic soda (which can not be converted into liquid) should be added into the above mixed solution quickly and evenly under agitation.
4、After about three minutes, it will become solid and stop mixing.
5、Full fermentation and emulsification are required, which takes about 40 to 120 minutes .
6、The standard of full emulsification is that the foam is almost completely gone. Measuring around 18 seconds with Cup NO.4(Keep in mind that borax should not be added when the colloid flow is too thick, otherwise it will become very thick, and the viscosity is too high, causing the glue can not be used).
7、After the full emulsification is confirmed, the borax can be evenly sprayed in the agitation state. After stirring for 10 minutes, measuring the flow rate making it increase about 5-8 seconds, this is the the best using flow.
usage method:
1. The concentration of the oxidized glue is measured with the No. 4 cup at a flow rate of 25-28 seconds
2. The paper mounted at random shall be kept under pressure for a period of time, and the time shall not be less than 3-5 minutes
3. The glue quantity is determined according to the glued paper, and the glue quantity is controlled accordi0ng to different specifications of corrugated paper
