Equipment introduction
The cooling line consists of three parts: forming and cooking, cooling and transmission system. The water in the forming tank and the cooking tank is heated by the steam pipes in the two tanks, and the water temperature is controlled by the high-temperature and high-pressure valve through the regulating steamer. The water temperature of the forming tank is about 75 degrees, and the water temperature of the cooking tank is about 90 degrees. The water in the forming tank forms water flow through the hot water circulating pump, so that the meatballs from the meatball machine will flow to the end of the forming tank after entering the water. In this flow process, the flow rate of water is controlled through the regulating valve to control the flow speed of meatballs, that is, the meatballs can reach the ideal forming state according to the process.
The shaped meatballs need to move to the end of the cooking tank through the rotating paddle after further cooking in the cooking tank. The cooking time of different meatballs can be controlled by adjusting the rotating speed of the paddle.
The meatballs that are driven to the cooling tank by the chain must be cooled quickly in the cooling tank. The water in the cooling tank is open, that is, the water enters the cold water and overflows the hot water to the point where the water temperature in the cooling tank is always about 20-25 ℃. After the meatballs are cooled in the cooling tank, they can be directly frozen in the quick-freezing workshop.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which truly realizes the automation of meatball production, reduces the labor intensity, increases the production of meatballs, and improves the production efficiency.
