Microbiological analysis system for Maize Mass spectrometry

The microbiological analysis system of Maize mass spectrometry is developed based on MALDI-TOF MS platform and applied to microbial identification and related data analysis.The ribosome proteins of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms are specie-specific. The fingerprint spectrogram data of the ribosome proteins of unknown microbial samples are measured by MALDI-TOF MS, and then searched and matched with the database established by the fingerprint spectrogram data of known microbial ribosome proteins, so as to complete the rapid and accurate identification of unknown microbial samples.
