Plastic recycle granule PP - PC

  There are several products of Polypropylene(PP) , there are some diffrent colour , the most commun colour are white , grey and black, this product ( PC ) is grey.

For the Type PC, the raw material has been washed, , the final product can be used as the raw material of the pipes, bucket, trash can, basin and so on.

  Once the semi-product is ready , it's from now we will begin the produce process. In order to control the quality of the final product, we settle one quality manager , one Chinese technicien and few techniciens for one machine. The quality manager will be in charge of the verification of the final product. If there is abnormality, he will report it to the Chinese technicien and they will handle it as soon as possible. That is the manuel control, but for the machine side , in order to make sure the purity of the granule , we also used one piece of 60 mesh.
