Portable hand riveting gun

1. Before starting work, inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the air inlet nozzle to ensure the working performance and service life of the rivet gun.
2. Maintain the specified intake pressure. Too low air inlet pressure will reduce the power of rivet hammer. Not only is the riveting efficiency low, but also the rivet head may crack due to too many hammering times.
3. Press the button after the punch presses the rivet. Otherwise, the piston will move back and forth, which will consume some energy, and the piston will hit the shell, causing damage to the rivet gun.
4. Use the protective spring to firmly connect the punch and the gun body to prevent the punch from flying out and damaging people or products.
5. Hold the handle with the right hand and press the button with the index finger to start the rivet gun. The button can be used to adjust the size of compressed air to ensure the stable operation of the rivet gun. At the beginning of riveting, due to the long rivet rod and the large gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole, the rivet rod is easy to bend when hammered. Therefore, press the button gently to make the power of the rivet gun smaller. After the rivet rod is filled with the rivet hole, press again to increase the power of the rivet to quickly form the pier head. When the head is close to completion, release the button gradually to prevent the pier head from hitting too low.
6. The punch tail shall be prepared according to different rivet gun models, and shall not be used in series to avoid damaging the machine parts and reducing efficiency.
7. Do not empty the gun at will during use to avoid damaging the machine parts.
