WGB-1 Steel based self-lubricating lead-free bushing

Product Introduction：

WGB-1 self-lubricating bushing is a three-layer composite bushing, which is equivalent to SF-1 bushing and DU bearing. It is a sliding bushing made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate as the substrate, sintered porous spherical bronze powder in the middle, and then sintered with a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fiber (lead-free) on the surface of the porous spherical bronze powder layer.
The use of this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft biting, and reduce mechanical noise. It has good wear resistance and low friction performance. We can provide straight bushing, flanged bushing,  sliding plates, and various other special size shaft sleeves.
