WGB-1B copper based self-lubricating bushing

Product Introduction:

WGB-1B copper based PTFE self-lubricating bushing is a three-layer composite bushing  , similar to SF-1 bushing  s and DU bushing  s. It uses a bronze substrate instead of a carbon steel substrate, which has high corrosion resistance, anti magnetism, and good thermal conductivity.
WGB-1B copper based PTFE self-lubricating lead-free bushing   is a sliding bearing made from copper plate as the matrix, sintered with porous spherical bronze powder in the middle, and then sintered with a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fiber (lead-free) on the surface of the porous spherical bronze powder layer, and rolled. The use of this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft biting, and reduce mechanical noise. It has good wear resistance and low friction performance. We can provide straight bushing  s, flanged bushing  s,  sliding plates, and various other special size bushings.
