WET STRENGTH AGENT JM-3020

1. Characteristics

Wet strength agent JM-3020 is a kind of modified polyamide epichlorohydrin resin (PAE). It has high effective content, good wet strength effect and low chlorine content (the content of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and 3-cphloro-1,2-propanediol is less than 0.5%). It can improve the wet and dry strength of paper, the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, and the retention and maturation of AKD sizing agent,

It can be widely used in daily paper, cup base paper, securities paper, banknote paper, fruit bag paper, offset paper, packaging paper, newsprint, decorative paper and other paper with wet strength.

4. Usage

The recommended dosage is 4-80kg/t (relative to paper).

Generally, the product is continuously added into the headbox of the high-level tank or the inlet of the pulp feeding pump by diluting the product 5-7 times with clear water.

5. Packing & Storage

l Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 250kg/1000kg.

The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure.The storage period is 3 months.
