Horizontal fluid bed dryer, also known as the fluidized bed dryer, mainly used for drying loosing powder or granular material. And it is widely worked as dryer in industry. Using the principle of fluidization, the solid particles suspended in a hot gas drying medium in the drying process.
And the heat medium fully contact with the solid particles to be dried. Because the material agitates violently, the gas film resistance greatly reduced, therefore,the drying intensity is very high. After heated by air filter and heater, the air is conveyed into the bottom of a small chamber by each branch, and enter into the drying chamber through the porous plate,drying the porous sieve plate materials dry fluidized . After going through the cyclone separator and bag filter,the exhaust finally goes out from the top of drying chamber and discharged by the fan .
