1. 2. When the dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer, it will produce a strong rotating airflow, which will scour the materials on the wall and eliminate the wall sticking phenomenon.
3. In the high temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, the heat sensitive materials do not directly contact with the hot
surface, and a special cooling device is installed to solve the coking discoloration problem of mature sensitive materials.
4. Due to high circumferential gas velocity and short material retention time in the drying room, it can achieve high efficiency, high speed, small equipment and mass production.
5. The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a ceramic cyclone to control the particle size and humidity of the
outlet materials, so as to meet the requirements of final moisture and particle size of different materials.
