Automobile simple die design overview
Automobile simple mold design is to 3D auto parts products, with the simplest process (including manual process), the 3D products are actually manufactured, the process is divided into the following steps.
Accept the mold design task and analyze the product.
The customer will have 3D and 2D drawings of the product. Product technology, dimensional accuracy and other technical requirements.
Second, do CAE analysis
Start to do CAE, determine the product parting line position; Analyze whether the drawing Angle is enough, whether to increase the drawing Angle; Analyze product thickness variation.
Start mold drawing design
Combined with product 3D and CAE analysis, do parting surface, separate convex and concave die, do guidance, positioning, power components.
Four order material
After the mold design drawing is approved by the customer, issue BOM and order materials to the purchasing department.
Five out of 2D processing map
Make 2D machining drawing, parts machining drawing, assembly drawing and submit to production and assembly department.
Six die test
After the mold test, adjust and optimize according to the mold test results
