Changshu Xinsheng Bags Producing Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 in the industrial park of Zhitang town, Changshu city, China. With 28 thousand square meters of factory area and 36 thousand square meters of construction area, the company now has more than 240 staff, among which over 30 personnel are professionals. With fixed asset of RMB 160 million, the company is equipped with the whole-set advanced production equipment from Austria Starlinger Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. and some advanced devices of China, which made it a professional factory with annual production of more than 170 million high quality three-in-one and two-in-one compound plastic woven bags. Except for domestic customers, our products are also exported to the U.S., Canada and countries in Southeast Asia. The year 2016 saw a total sales volume of RMB 330 million, among which RMB 150 million was from China. In May, 2008, Xinsheng China made and investment in Vietnam to establish the Xinsheng (Vietnam) Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.. In only nine years, especially under the influence of the "Belt and Road Initiative", the company has made an accumulative investment of more than USD 10 million, which made it a scaled professional bag-exporting company with annual sale of USD 26 million. By now, the Vietnam Company is expanding the scale of export and trying to make more contributions to the "Belt and Road Initiative". The company implements overall ERP management system and operates strictly in accordance with international and national standards. Inspections are carried out from material input to product output level by level. With the management well-regulated and product marking open-and-shut, the company won the ISO9002 certificate of quality system in 2001 and 14000 environmental system certification in 2007. In 2011 and 2015, the company passed the acceptance of the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu Province, and obtained the dangerous goods packaging license and food plastic packaging containers, tools and other products production license. Our products were awarded as brand-name products in Suzhou, among which, the high temperature resistant, water-and-damp-proof, paper-made compoind bags were awarded with high-tech product certificate by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. The company was also listed as one of the non-public scientific and technological enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Most recently, the company was granted as the specialized enterprise for national production of sacks for packaging cement by the Technical sub-committee of Bag Technology Committee of National Packaging Standardization and the spot office for national production of sacks for packaging cement. From 2010, we have been awarded as the "advanced enterprises in export-oriented economy" and "advanced unit in spiritual civilization" by the government of Zhitang town. We have also been rated as class A integrity unit in labor security in 2014, and double-qualified integrity enterprise in printing industry for twice by the municipal government of Changshu. In 2015, Suzhou People's government granted the company as "advanced unit in foreign cooperation". And the municipal committee and government of Changshu city also rated our company as the "excellent international enterprise in Changshu".
