We already passed the WCA, CTPAT, BSCI audit and can do any test needed, we produce home use rugs as well as commercial version. We have 12- 4meter wide tufting machines in Qingdao facility, All tufting machines are from leading machinery manufactures such as Cobble, CMC and Tuftco. The factory can produce anti-slip gel foam backing rugs, action backing, hand woven backing rugs as well as very popular TPR backing rugs. We also can produce different qualities of memory foam or non-foam goods. Our products include different types of flooring such as area rugs, bath mats, accent rugs and kitchen rugs. The face material includes micro polyester, Nylon, Coral Fleece, Flannel, Polypropylyne in BCF ,Heatset, and Frieze qualities. The backing material can be anti-slip gel foam, action back, handmade cloth backing, TPR, memory foam+ PVC, or memory foam+SBR. The construction can be tufted such as cut and loop, level cut and loop, loop to loop, Level loop or level cut. Also can be printed using Chromejet or digital printing machinery.
