Fujian KENJOY Medical Supplies Co., Ltd was founded on Feb of 2020, it is located in Cewu Town, Changting Village of Fujian Province. We are the professional medical products (KN95 face mask & Flat Face Mask) and nonwoven fabric (Meltblown fabric) manufacturer with more than 200 workers and over 15,000 square meters of building covering. Our annual output value is more than 80 million dollars and we have built a dust-free workshop with 500 square meters are under Grade 100000 standard. During the period of anti- Corona Virus Disease 2019, we have been devoted ourselves to meltblown filter fabric and face mask quickly, we have set up 20 production lines for KN95 face mask and 3 production lines for flat face mask with millions of pieces production capacity per day. At the same time, we pay attention to quality control system with following GB 2626-2006 for KN95 face mask and GB 32610-2016 for flat face mask. We own 5 production lines for meltblown with 6 tons capacity daily, we also set up a professional lab for quality testing by accurate testing instrument which we have put into PM (particulate matter) filter efficiency tester, Meso-Cellulite tester, Thickness tester, nonwoven fabric flame retardant tester, nonwoven fabric breathability tester, standard pin, Filtration efficiency attenuation tester, strength of nonwoven tester etc. It is highly recognized by domestic and oversea clients that we offer quality meltblown filter fabric due to a good control system from raw materials to complete products.
