HL Filter is the manufacturer who has been specialized in Needle felt, filter bag and cage for dedust filters for over 20 years in China. With over 200 experienced workers, we have two factories in China, both of them are only 2 hours by car far from Shanghai. So if you visit China someday, welcome to visit us.
We produce from needle felt to finished bags, and we have 4 needle punched felt production lines with materials: Polyester, Polypropylene, Aramid, Acrylic, PPS, P84, Fiberglass, PTFE, ect.
Besides, for bag cage production, we have 8 automatic production lines for 24 hours operating with 40 experienced workers.
We also expanded production lines for face masks: 3ply disposable face mask, KN95, meltblown cloth. Daily output for mask is 1,000,000pcs for each type.
We got fully certificates CE& FDA and test reports. We have rich experience in exporting to Europe, US and east Asia.
TEST EQUIPMENT WE HAVE: Microbiological Detection, PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency) Test& Resistance Test, Earloop Tension Test.
