Hangzhou Shenshi Bearing Co.,Ltd is a manufacture only for taper roller bearings & taper roller bearing cages since year 1995, with registered capital for 38million yuan, covered an area of 50.000 square meters. Our certificate: IATF16949:2016. We produce taper roller bearings with metric size and inch sizes,till now we already developed and produced 500 part numbers. Taper roller bearing row material is GCr15,product inner diameter from 10mm to 250mm, out diameter from 30mm to 280mm, product precision P0,P6,P5. We are equipped with heat treatment(Roller Heating Salt Bath Martensite Quenching Production Line), turning machines(CNC lathes), grinding machines(Siemens Control sytem, adopt logarithmic curve process to meet product design), assemble machines(Automatic assemble lines with high end Intelligent assembly and inspection production line control system).Meanwhile we have equiped with advanced test machines which imported from Germany, including tect for raw material , bearing size, roughness, roudness, vibration and noise, profile,life time,etc. Nothing can be more important than quality!
