Henan Aerospace Precision Machining Co.,Ltd, also named factory 694, is the research and testing center for standard fasteners of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation. The company, which has the most advanced technology and the largest production capacity in the fastener manufacturing industry of China’s aerospace system, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on research, manufacturing and testing. The company, established in 1978, covers an area of 51,700 m2 and employs more than 400, among which there are more than 120 technical persons with various skills. Various types of fasteners manufactured by the company are used widely in satellites, rockets, guided missiles, aircrafts and other defense articles. The company established a quality management system in 1998, and has improved and enhanced the system according to the company development continuously. The company has passed ISO9002, ISO9001-2000 and GJB9001A-2001 quality management system verification successively. In 2007, our company became the first one in CASIC to pass AS9100B international aerospace quality management system certification, which means the quality management level of our company has reached the international advanced level. This establishes the foundation for our company to enter the international aerospace fastener market. In 2009, the research and testing center for standard fasteners of CASIC passed the national laboratory and defense laboratory accreditation successfully, which significantly improved the popularity of our company in the domestic fastener detecting industry. The silver electroplating production line and fluorescent crack detection equipment production line of our company passed the NADCAP verification in the same year, which means our company is qualified to implement surface silver electroplating for high-end fasteners used in international civil aerospace and establishes a solid foundation to expand the international market.
