The two founders of JIAXING HUAFENG ZIPPER Co,. Ltd. (HF ZIPPER) have nearly 15 years work experience in the manufacture of luggage accessories, including woven belts, zippers PP rope and elastic rope. HF ZIPPER was established in 2005, formerly known as PINGHU ZIPPER Co,. Ltd. and changed its name in 2016.
HF ZIPPER owns 60 sets of advanced zipper machines, 80 sets of braiding machines and 10 sets of rope-making machines. These machines are mainly used for the production of CHINA mainland and overseas products. The company also has a strong production team with 40 employees who have solid work experience and strict quality control system.
The company's main customers in China are HOVANI, KORROUN, JONDER INDUSTRIES (Taiwan), SHANGHAI RUILI TEXTILES, HENGFENG TOP LEISURE. The company is also a secondary supplier to many world-renowned companies, such as Samsonite, I.T. , American traveler, Victorinox, HP (Hewlett Packard) and VIP Luggage (India). It's worth mentioning that during the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, as one of the suppliers if HOVANI company, we provided a large number of high-quality elastic ropes as accessories for emergency tents.
