Jiaxing Kamaqiao Luggage and Bag Co.;Ltd is established in 1992, moved to current location in March 2012. Factory is located in PingHu, Zhejiang province, 80 km from Shanghai, one hour by car, or 25 minutes by high-speed train. 100km to Hangzhou. We have over 26 years in developing and manufacturing of backpacks, casual bags, travel bags, laptop bag, trolley bags, tool bags, and handbags etc.In 2016 starting to produce PC/ABS luggage.
We have 450 people including 40 technical experts such as design, sampling and Quality Assurance. 350 people work on soft bags, 100 people on hard case.We also have 15 people including 4 pattern masters in sampling center.The sampling center is 400 sqm2.Factory passed clients or 3rd party audit: Walmart, BSCI,Costco, Kmart.And ISO9001 certificate is available. We have 300 sewing machines ,35 High head sewing machines, 20 computerized sewing machines ,2 plate extruding,4 blowing ,3 metal frame bending.
We have a test lab,including colorimeter, tensile strength tester, rubbing fastness tester, Abrasion tester, zipper tester, Jerk tester, wheel tester, W/R tester etc…
In 2018, our turnover is over $27 millions,and 90% bags are for retail industry, 10% are for gifts & promotional industry.
