"Founded in 1979, Jiangsu Sainty Corp. Ltd. (shortened for ""Jiangsu Sainty"") is mainly engaging in import and export business of textiles and garments. In December 1993 and September 2000, Jiangsu Sainty respectively made shareholding reform and public listing for shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange. Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Limited (shortened for ""Jiangsu Guoxin""), as the controlling shareholder of Jiangsu Sainty, is the authorized investment principal of the state-owned assets, with the asset size over RMB100 billion and business covering energy development, financial service, real estate development, trading industry, hotel service, culture industry and etc. Jiangsu Guoxin has already realized the organic integration and collaborative development of industrial capital and financial capital. Upon the high-speed development over 30 years, Jiangsu Sainty has had over 50 wholly-owned or holding subsidiary companies directly or indirectly, business scope covering import and export trading, domestic trading, garment production, mining and smelting, chemical warehousing, equity investment and other multiple industries. Products export to USA, Europe, Canada and almost one hundred countries and regions. By the end of 2011, the registered capital of Jiangsu Sainty was RMB0.437 billion, the total assets and the net assets was respectively RMB4.816 billion and RMB0.861 billion. In the whole year of 2011, Jiangsu Sainty achieved the sales income of RMB5.929 billion and the total import and export volume of US$0.67 billion. "
