Man Power – All our middle management are aware of lean management and applying the tools of 7 wastes, PDCA. Kaizen from time to time to their field. This makes Kanghao much more competitive in price, quality, delivery and service.
Capacity - Due to the facilities we installed and an abundant floor space we have. It is very easy for expansion to cope with the clients’ need.
Quality - "To produce the products in compliance with the specification" is our rule no. 1. In the years that cost of down/feather increased sky high, we stuck to the specification. We have produced for Bloomingdale, BBB, Costco, Macy’s, Kohl’s through importers and supply to Ikea directly. No quality claim so far. We are highly ranked for the filled products in China by Ikea.
On time shipments - We are very proud of our records of no delayed shipments since the hand over.
Access to new Tech - Though the volume sale is always for entry and generic products, our R/D dept. make sure that we are aware of the new tech of fabric, fillings and treatment and able to access.
Warehouse facility: 30,000 sq. m space and 8 loading dock. We are familiar with the logistic process of retailers.
