And our technician will check and test every new parts before purchasing. Most our factories have ISO9001 and TS16949 certificate. About order following: We have couples of colleagues working on order following to make sure customers order shipped on time. Quality checking: We will ask factories to send goods to our warehouse in Ruian Wenzhou, then check every parts one by one and pick out the defective parts before we ship them to our customers. With this process, the defective rate fails from 2%-3% to lower than 0.8% Development & Manufacturing : We establish our own factory 3 years ago and start to develop and manufacture some parts by ourselves and our engineer will also checking the parts quality purchased from other factories. Warehouse : We don’t allow factories to ship goods to port directly without our checking; every factory has to ship the goods to our warehouse first for quality checking. And we can pack the goods as customers requires like inserting instruction, customs brand package. Warranty: We accept 100% refund for defective parts: no matter factory will take responsibility or not, we will refund you first. No need to ship goods back: You don’t have to ship the goods back for getting refund. We need only 2-3pcs defective parts back for checking. Customer benefit (Protection policy) : 01. we don’t sell parts to Chinese E-Sellers ; 02. we only earn a reasonable profit for every parts, and we won’t raise our profit for new parts in order to reduce customers’ stock rise. 03. .For every new parts, we sell to no more than 2-3 customers in the same area to reduce competition and keep customers’ profit. Information: Transparency -- Honesty 1. Quality information: we will let our customers know the exact quality difference between different factories (material, artwork, management or technology) 2. Price information: we will let customers know the price difference from different factories in China so that they can be aware of the market price better.
