After more than 2 years’ hard work, we have successfully settle the scratch and stress problems by independent R&D. Moreover, we have developed the stress-free PC lens which fully in compliance with international standards , at the same time, we have developed the intensify function so that the surface of PC lense can undertake over 1,200 grams’ scratch. In other words, the hardness can comparable with resin lenses. Dongbao Optical is the first manufacturer in mainland China which can produce PC lenses without stress, now, its production capacity has arrived at 5 million per year.
