Our company is located in Sunshine Hygiene Industrial Park, National High-Tech Zone, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, two hours drive to Shanghai Port, China. Equipped with TRUETZSCHLER and ANDRITZ spunlace production lines, SSMMS high-speed spunbond production lines, Melt-blown production lines, laminated and after-finish production lines, the non-woven fabric we produce are widely used in personal hygiene industry, medical health-care industry and industrial cleaning industry, such as dry wipes, wet wipes, facial masks, sanitary napkins, diapers, kitchen rags, protective masks, medical sheets, isolation gowns, protective suits, industrial wipes etc. There are also several clean workshops for making non-woven products which meet the medical and health clean level in our factory. Production lines composed of fully automatic equipment such as multiple textile slitting machines, automatic cutting machines, folding machines, disposable packaging machines, point-cutting machines, automatic mask machines are help to make non-woven terminal products. Our company adheres to strict quality control. More than 30 kinds of instruments have been introduced in our own lab, including fabric thickness tester, ventilated fast eight-basket oven, vertical pressure steam sterilizer, electric heating constant temperature incubator, medical protective clothing fabric friction charge tester, etc. At the same time, we have carried out various R&D cooperation with famous universities and third-party testing organizations. Currently, we have 7 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, 5 appearance patents and several patents on application period.
