Suzhou Double Gold Industry Co., Ltd. ( Formerly Suzhou Stainless Steel Material Works, founded in 1992 ) covers a area of 50,000 square meter, building 36,000 square meter, with a total investment of RMB 150 million, has been specialized in production, R&D of Precision Casting Stainless Steel, Nickel-base Alloy, Alloy Steel, Die steel, Special Steel Bar, Casting and Forging for twenty-eight years. Our products are widely used in pump, valves, nuclear power, motor and ship building, medical instrument, mechanical mold, aerospace and military industry, ocean petrochemical industry, light rail & high-speed rail, special tube, compressor and turbine etc. We have the capacity of Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel and other Special Steels, annual capacity is more than 30,000 tons. We fit out a set of advanced production equipment, such as AIM, EAF, AOD, LF, VOD, ESR, IESR, VIM and heat treatment furnace, peeling machine, roller straightening machine, cold drawing machine, coreless grinder and etc. As for the testing equipment, we have German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, hardness and tensile machine, impact testing device, automatic & manual ultrasonic nondestructive detector, corrosion testing machine, metallurgical microscope etc. We have successfully passed the Lloyd‘s PED Audit, ISO Quality System Audit. In addition we have got LR & KR Classification Society Audit. Our main customers are GE, Dana, Panasonic, Atlas Copco, SUFA CNNC, CNPC,SINOPEC, CGNPC, NETZSCH, BRAY CONTROLS, etc.
