Suzhou Wellhong Electrical Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer to produce precision moulds ,injection molding and assembling,which was founded in June 1997.We are located in Suzhou City of China. Our company covers an area of 12,000 square meters .Our employees are 180 including 40 technicians and 12 persons for quality management. We have a team with experienced management , strong technical ability.We pay an attention to quality control, new project development, personnel training, cooperative spirit of group. In recent years, we have established a long-term business cooperation with many well-known terminal customers at home and abroad such as Stanley Black & Decker, Datacolor,AT&T,D-link,Nokia,Datacom,Zoom,Swann,Asus,Sharp,Sagem, Rieter and Mindry . We also have the right of import & export and an independent bonded warehouse . Now we have 6 sets of advanced CNC machining centers, one Dimon mirror spark machine, 6 milling machines, one deep-hole drilling machine, one AgieCharmilles slow-cutting machine and many other mechanical processing equipments. There are a variety of instruments such as CMM,YVM,lamp box,X-rite color-eye 7000A,circular tester,dynamic balancing machine,etc.in our measuring room. We own 33 injection Molding machines from 58 tonnage to 700 tonnage with Haitian brand.Most of them are equipped with mechanical arms. We are providing the services including mould designing ,mould manufacturing,injection molding,melting,silk-screen,paint spraying. We got ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification in August ,2012.We passed ISO14001 system in May, 2017 and IATF16949:2016 revision audit was approved in November, 2018.
