Wuxi sanxin Die-casting Co., Ldt. is located on the beautiful shore of Taihu Lake .Company’s gross investments are 60 million, covering an area of 30000 square meters. It has 200 employees followed by Professional and technical staff of 70 quality management. Company is specialized in producing and selling precise zinc, aluminum alloy die-casting work pieces as well as “HuiShan” brand auto engine oil pumps, water pumps and other products. These products are involved in communication , electronic, lamps, motors, agriculture machine, tools and Medical industry etc. The whole series of products enjoy high reputation in the country and has a high market share Jiangxi ISUZU, Shanghai GM Wuling are the main customers. Our company has own export power that 40 percent of our products are exported to USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Finland, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions, and our company has become Chinese OEM die-casting work pieces equipment-component base of U.S.GE, US Teleflex Auto Group, Germany SEW company ,Italy IGuzzini company and so on. Our company is fully equipped with cold die casting machines of 180tones,300tones,400tones,500tones,650tones,800tones,1250tones,1650tones and 2000tones. We also own vertical machining center,CNC Lathes,Direct-reading Spectrometer,and CMM about 300.Our annual output of all kinds of die-casting products is 5000 tones . The weights of die-casting work pieces of various zinc alloys and aluminum alloys made by our company are from dozens of grams to 20 kilos. Only inside the company ,we are able to complete independently the whole procedure from making blank to processing, assembly and testing.
