The second branch factory is mainly for OEM producing scooter.Its products mainly sold to the European and American market with an annual output value of 250 million yuan. The third branch factory exported to the world with OEM and independent brands, the main products are RC car model and UAV, the annual output value is 100 million yuan. The fourth branch factory makes RV .The fifth branch factory makes driver-less car. The sixth branch factory makes medical bed and massage instrument. The seventh branch factory makes plastic parts for all of our factories. The company has 1.8 billion yuan fixed assets and with 3000 workers.
Feishen group has many production processes, such as metalworking, stamping, laser cutting, CNC, CNC lathe, welding, sandblasting, spray molding, injection molding, painting, assembly, packaging and so on.
Feishen group has a quality control system many years. Our quality control system include IQC/IPQC and OQC. Our IQC team has inspection records for quality and test report of environment protection for each batch parts. We can review it any time. IPQC do the 100% first inspection, do patrol inspection every hour, do patrol inspection record every 4 hours. OQC do sampling inspection every hour during the packaging process according to the way of open package inspection as a consumer, and make inspection records. Before mass production of new products, strict product testing should be carried out, such as the simulation ride for 90 hours, some destructive tests.
Feishen group has 185 patents. It’s a No. 1 export of local business entities and AAA level enterprises in export credit. It’s a No 27th in Yongkang tax payment. Feishen group is the organizer of national sports events, which is broadcast by CCTV for many times.
