Product use and characteristics
Annealing material: this furnace is suitable for bright annealing of cold rolled strip of various materials. It has the characteristics of no decarburization, no oxidation and discoloration, high annealing quality, uniform hardness, etc. Alloy steel 60sizmn, 40Mn, 65Mn, 40Cr, 35CrMo, tool steel T8, T10, etc. It can also be used in standard parts, chains, tool machinery and other industries.
Features: the electric furnace is a periodic working resistance furnace. The hearth is equipped with high-efficiency strong convection fan. The inner cover is sealed by vacuum water cooling, so that the workpiece remains bright after annealing.
